Terms & Copyright

Acceptable use

Accounts are created by invitation only. Account holders are solely responsible for the content they upload and for any board they choose to share. You agree not to upload, store, or share content that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others. Hoard does not review or endorse user content.

Copyright & reporting infringement

Hoard respects copyright and responds to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content shared on Hoard infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, email contact@my-hoard.app with the following, so the report can be acted on:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. Identification of the specific content you're reporting and enough information to locate it — in particular the public board link (URL) and which image(s) on it.
3. Your contact details: full name, email address, and a mailing address and phone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is fine).

On receiving a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content and may disable the board's public link. We may also terminate the access of users who repeatedly share infringing content.

No warranty & limitation of liability

Hoardis provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Content shared on Hoard is the responsibility of the user who shared it and does not represent the views of Hoard or its operator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for content shared by users or for any damages arising from use of the service.
